People are great this was overall a fun place to be. Bad place for bartenders. They call it "tip pooling" and you have no say in it and if you try to change it you will be terminated.
It was voted against in by the bartenders themselves and the people responsible for the vote were terminated. The company, in itself, will treat you like you are just a number and they fire bartenders and waitstaff at will.
The upside is, they do have benefits which is rare for a job as a bartender, but their turnover rate is tremendous and just try to use your days off because if you are not "a favorite" you will never get a whole vacation.
Be careful if you take the job as thinking for yourself is greatly discouraged. All I can say is that with the high turnover rate the casino has, I am surprised I lasted that long.
